Abstract: With the constantly increasing recruiting sizes of engineering masters, how to cultivate high-quality, high-level, applied and versatile engineering masters becomes a new subject in the master cultivation. To solve this problem, this paper discusses about the aspects of how to analyze cultivating demands, how to enhance cultivating quality and how to strengthen supervision over engineering masters. Finally, based on his working experience, the writer concludes a series of theories and methods about highcaliber engineering master's cultivation in the major of war industry.
