Abstract: Peasant worker's compensation insurance is only started recently. Because we apply the worker's compensation insurance without considering the unique conditions of peasant workers, there is much deficiency of peasant worker's compensation insurance in practice. In order to guarantee the peasant workers' rights, who suffer from industrial injury, we must shorten the difference between labor relation and personal service relation, simplify qualification process of occupational injury and so on.
