Abstract: Electronic false account emerges with electronic accounting facilitated by extensive application of computer and internet technology. Due to the results of the paperless, swift and globalized process of electronic accounting, electronic false account can have more detrimental effects to market order and social stability. With regards to the lack of effective supervisin laws, we must explore an effective system of law administration on electronic false account.
