Abstract:
The paper attempts to analyze routes of knowledge transfer in academic exchange from the perspective of communication studies. It aims to show that in knowledge-intense high-level academic exchange, there are obstacles in building the system of exchange and transfer, including both internal factors such as knowledge spillover, knowledge scope, communication frequency, and external factors such as the restrictions of macro-design, mechanism, communication mode and circumstance, etc. In consequence, this paper points out countermeasures based on analysis of those internal and external factors.
