老年人行为分析与产品无障碍设计策略

    Analyses of the Senior Citizens' Behavior and Barrier-free Design Strategies

    • 摘要: 从人因工学角度和工业设计理念来讲,产品设计应该充分体现人、机、环境三要素之间的相互关系,从而确保人-机-环境系统总体性能的最优化,根据不同使用群体定位,为消费者设计人性化产品。老年人作为社会的弱势群体,由于退休后生活环境的变化,其行为特征也在随之改变,身体机能和认知能力逐渐退化,接受新生事物相对困难,遇到相对复杂的产品时,往往会产生困惑。解决问题的关键是合理的产品无障碍设计策略。文章提出了消费者定位与功能定位的细分化策略、人机界面及视觉信息优化策略、行业规范和标准化设计策略、材料选用的科学性、安全保护措施

       

      Abstract: From the ergonomics and industry design ideas, we know that the product design should embody mutual relations of human-machine-environment when we design the product, to ensure the achievement of the performance of human-machineenvironmental system optimization. Targeted at different user groups, we design consumer -oriented products. As socially disadvantaged groups, due to older people's life changes in the environment after post -retirement, senior citizens' behavior characteristics change accordingly, in which process the physical and cognitive abilities gradually degenerate, and it is difficult for them to accept new things. When they operate relatively complex product, they feel difficult and puzzled. The key to solution is a reasonable accessibility product design strategy that is barrier-free for older people. This paper presents that there are the particular location strategy of the consumer with the function, the strategy of human-machine interface and visual information optimization, the design strategy of industry standards and standardization, the strategy of selection materials, the safety design strategies and the design strategy of cutting down protect life cycle cost. These methods can improve comfort for the older people, and enhance product quality.
