Abstract:
The education of engineering master is a special kind of professional education, and its aim is to train engineering-type talents. To improve the training quality of engineering masters, the analysis and thoughts on the education of engineering master were conducted in this paper from four relevant perspectives of the quality of enrollment, training links, degree thesis and macroscopic management. Feasible measures were put forward, based on reflections from questionnaire survey and several years' experiences of training engineering masters, to accomplish the project of Engineering Master Training with Charicateristics.
