Abstract: The weapon equipments acquisition is a kind of large-scale and very complicated system engineering. Whether the acquisition system of a country is scientific or not, it has directly relation with the economic development and national defense development of a country. The American army weapon equipments acquisition system was established on the basis of market economy and was the product of long-term acquisition practice, which had obtained so many advanced conceptions and experiences. It is worthwhile for us to learn their advanced experiences.
