高科技企业终端市场化运营管理模式研究

    • 摘要: 传统的职能型管理模式已经不能适应时代发展的需要,企业在激烈的市场竞争中生存和发展,就必须适应市场变化,进行管理变革、重新整合运营流程,即充分应用信息技术、整合资源、重组流程、重构组织、重构文化,通过对原有流程进行整合,有利于组织机构扁平化,激活技术研发人员的积极性,加速科研成果的转化。从而实现管理的升级拓展,提高对市场变化的快速反应能力,为企业赢得新的竞争优势。终端市场化运营管理模式正是高科技企业进行市场化运作中的一种典型模式,通过对其设计框架及现实意义进行分析,指出其核心环节和设计原则,为高科技企业成功

       

      Abstract: The traditional model of functional management cannot suit the demand of social development. In order to exist and develop in fierce competition,enterprises have to adapt to the changing market,make reforms in management,integrate the process of operations,which means making use of information technology,integrating resources,reorganizing processes,reconstructing culture. Through integrating processes,it is advantageous for streamlining organization and activating the initiative of research and development personnel,thus accelerating the transformation of scientific results,realizing the escalation and expand of management, improving reacting ability to the changes of market and winning competitive edge. End marketing is a typical mode of high technology enterprise in market operation. Through the analysis of its designing frame and significance,the paper point out its core segment and design principle,aiming at shedding light on the improvement of management efficiency and economic benefit for the realization of end marketing.
