Abstract: The rural human capital team of rural technology association has played an important role in the construction of new countryside. Using the survey data of 176 households in 5 cities （Jingzhou City, Songzi City, Qianjiang City, Yichang City and Xiangfang City）, this paper empirically analyzes the influencing factors of the formation of the rural human capital team of rural technology association by applying probit model. The findings are: The rural human capital team of rural technology association is more attractive to young people, and less attractive to more educated people; households with high average income whose main products coincide with the technological service of the rural technology association are more likely to take part in the rural human capital team of rural technology association. Therefore, it is necessary for the rural human capital team to strengthen its construction and motivate the development of key local industries.
