浅谈高职院校道德教育的个性化

    Personality Moral Education in High Vocational Colleges

    • 摘要: 道德教育是高职院校学生工作的一项重要任务,在高职院校学生工作中开展个性化道德教育是提高道德教育实效性的重要途径。山东省五所高职院校道德状况的调查显示当代高职院校学生视野宽广、汲取信息能力强、可塑性强、学习生活与社会联系紧密,并且自我意识强,对家庭和学校的依赖小,更多认同于社会、虚拟网络以及学生群体,但是他们的自我约束力较差。针对学生的这些特点,分别从重视学生个性特点、激发学生个性潜能、倾注人文关怀和创建“个性化”道德教育机制四个方面论述了道德教育的个性化。

       

      Abstract: Moral education is an important task in high vocation colleges. To conduct personality moral education in high vocation colleges is a necessary approach to improve the effectiveness of moral education. According to the moral survey in five high vocational colleges in Shandong province,there are many outstanding features of current vocational college students such as wide horizon,high information capability,and strong plasticity. Most vocational college students associate their study closely with the society with sharp self -awareness. They are usually not that dependent on family and school and tend to accept views from community,schoolmates or internet. Given all of these characteristics,personality moral education can be discussed in the following four aspects: thinking more over students’peculiarities,activating their potential,offering human assistance and establishing the mechanism of personality moral education. It provides academic guidance on moral education practice in high vocation colleges.
