从《论语》看当代教师职业素养

On Contemporary Teachers'Professional Ethics from the Perspective of "The Analects"

摘要: 孔子是我国伟大的教育家，《论语》作为孔子言行的记录，记载了很多为师所应具备的道德要求，其中关于教师的治学态度、人文关怀、人格风范、职业道德、教学方法等师德观念是中国传统教育文化的瑰宝。了解、继承孔子的师德观对当今的师德建设、教师的职业素养有重要的启示和借鉴意义。

Abstract: "The Analects"has recorded and summarized Confucius's teaching experience and educational ideology with ethical requirements for teachers, including the areas of academic pursuits, humanism, moral standards, and professional ethics and teaching methods, which are the gems of Chinese traditional education. Understanding and inheriting these concepts concerning Confucian view of teachers'professional ethics are of practical significance to the construction of socialist teachers'professional ethics.
