Abstract: the enterprise ecosystem is a leap forward on the understanding of environmental protection, but also is a strategic choice of China's economy and enterprises for sustainable development. In order to create eco -enterprises and realize ecological management of enterprises, we must establish the internal mechanism of enterprise ecosystem from both production and management perspective, and set up the external mechanism of enterprise ecosystem in terms of the ecological and economic education, the ecological legal system, the ecological consumption concept ,social price formation mechanism, financial and monetary policies and social service system and so on.
