Abstract: According to current situation,lack of information transmission between facility operation management and planning design,as well as facility management that only focuses on property management, lead to scarcity of operation information in planning design phase. Based on facility management theory,oriented from operation management of transport hub,the paper distinguishes hub facility types according to functional characteristics, analyzes stakeholders' requirement of different facility type and establishes relevant design index ,solving the problem of information transmission between facility operation management and planning design.
