Abstract: In the development of stock market in China，rivate funds are playing increasingly important roles. The paper attempts to explore the effective methods to prevent the related risks，providing theoretical basis for operation ways of private funds and related laws and regulations. It also analyzes the options of future development path of private funds in China.
