Abstract: Jiulong Bi(Nine Dragon Wall)in Beihai Park is the existing best artistic work of Chinese traditional Yingbi(ie. a kind of architecture)architecture. This paper analyzes and interprets the value of art in view of the following aspects: the plastic arts, the art of color, and the three architectural elements(point, line, face)of the Nine Dragon Wall Art features.
