Abstract: The Basic theories of law in the course "Ideological and Moral Culture & Legal Basis"plays an important role in university's ideology course which takes of heavy responsibilities of legal classroom education for university students. However, because of the time limit of the classroom teaching, we should study the courses teaching objectives and teaching methods in order to achieve the aims of university's legal education. We argue that the course should be based on the legal knowledge and helps students to develop their advanced legal conception, and then it is possible to achieve the training of the student's legal consciousness of respecting and revering law.
