Abstract:
Understanding the relationship between author and editor well can promote the cooperation of the two, and also helps for good transmission of social sciences and culture. This paper, on the basis of analyzing such bias as "author as main body"and"editor as leading actor", puts forward that the social effect of a civilized production must be achieved by the good cooperation of both author and editor. Through a series of practice and a serious study of the experience of other editors, this paper argues that relationship between author and editor is equal and cooperative and this kind of relationship is propitious to the healthy and lasting development of a transaction and it must be an important condition to develop the transmission of the social sciences and culture.
