Abstract: A univ ersity has various service resources. The campus card reflects the integration of the service medium and this integration is an important step for the realization of resource integration and the optimization of service function. The construction of the campus card system in involved in problems of such aspects as system design, management idea, and the realization of core functions, so it requires a serious study at present.
