内外控人格特质与工作满意度关系的实证研究

    An Empirical Study of the Relationship between the Locus of Control and Job Satisfaction

    • 摘要: 以中国联通安徽分公司156 名雇员为调查对象,分析、探讨了个人统计变量、内外控人格特质、工作满意度三者间的关系。Person 相关分析表明:内外控人格特质与员工的整体工作满意度正相关,即员工越内控,其整体满意度越高;通过线校回归分析得到工作满意度与内外控人格特质及个人统计变量的回归关系。

       

      Abstract: This study focuses on the relationships between locus of control, job satisfaction, and demographic variables. The paper applied Pearson product-moment correlation analysis and stepwise regression analysis to analyze data. The results indicated that first, the relationship between locus of control and job satisfaction is significantly correlated, that is, those with an external locus showed significantly lower levels of work satisfaction; second, locus of control and demographic variables can predict the variance of job satisfaction .
