Abstract: Li Bai, as the representative of the zeitgeist of the apex of the Tang Dynasty, is referred to as"Shixian"or "God of Poetry". He was deeply influenced by Confucianism, Taoism and the Knightly spirit, which enabled him to possess charismatic and forceful personality. His literary works are characterized as both meaningful elegance and inspiring vigor. This paper intends to shed light on the influence of Confucianism, Taoism and Knightly spirit on Li Bai through the analysis of his personality.
