Abstract:
American universities attach great importance to undergraduate education, according to lessons learned from undergraduate teaching reform in the United States. The paper proposes that undergraduate teaching reform in Chinese university should pay more attention to the role of basic education, carry out general education, reform and improve the curriculum system to foster student's comprehensive ability, implement interactive classroom teaching models between teachers and students and research-based learning, streamline teaching time, set up a high level team of teachers and improve teacher evaluation system, give full play to the teacher of the principal role in the teaching reform, which ensuring the smooth implementation of the teaching reform and the realization undergraduate education goals.
