Abstract:
Government procurement, as an emerging market economy behavior, is the most direct means for macroeconomic adjustment. For government procurement can not only save resources, the protection of national industry, but also improve work efficiency and prevent corruption. However in government procurement of goods, works or services, suppliers is in pursuit of the maximum profits of
enterprises, at the expense of national and social public interests. They provide or promise government procurement relative persons, their staff or agents some of the benefits in order to achieve procurement transactions, which belong to acts of unfair competition commercial bribery. The state commercial bribery in the field of government procurement has not only brought enormous losses,
disrupted the socialist market economic order, reduced the efficiency of market allocation of resources, but also caused serious injury in the community, hindered the process of the anti-corruption campaign, and impacted on the construction of a socialist harmonious society. Governance areas of commercial bribery in government procurement should be taken to improve the anti-commercial bribery laws and regulations, and a sound social credit system exerts its financial market regulatory function of the allocation of resources, and to increase government procurement supervision, checks and other measures.
