Abstract: Establishing ecological civilization is becoming an epochal topic in human society. The pollution problem of the antiquated high-tech electronic products has already become the urgent matter. The paper tries to work out fundamental solutions to overcome antiquated high-tech electronic products processing by constituting economic policies, laws, regulations and the excitation mechanism.
