Abstract: The new media technologies can provide a virtual scene for teaching practice, which has a special significance for the training of students specializing in radio host and other majors of media. Micro-teaching focuses on the modular skills training of students in the interactive media scene, its teaching mechanisms and operational issues should be explored in depth, which may be able to deduced general revelation in educational philosophy and innovation.
