Abstract: Process analysis is an important step in national economic mobilization work for its standardization. Process analysis is conducive to promoting the construction of national economy mobilization of information, strengthening the national economy mobilization disciplines, improving the national economic mobilization professional level, straightening out the economic mobilization mechanisms and regulating the levels of economic mobilization agencies. The difficulties surrounding analysis of the current national economic mobilizing processes are: the unclear national economy mobilization and command system, the need for precise distinction between two kinds of related business processes and for creative methods in modeling in mobilization of national economy.
