Abstract:
In order to make sure whether the supervision market is buyer's market or not, the experimental study is done to study the supervision market through the principal component analysis. The conclusion is drawn that the supervision market is buyer's market. Then, the discussion is done in terms of the shortcomings of the supervision market structure, and it is pointed out that the owner has strong bargaining power and can lower the supervision price. Relatively, the "supervision service"sold by the supervision company is also not enough, which leads to the difficulty to perform supervision and higher risk confronted by the supervision company and the supervision engineer. For the sake of solving this problem, the supervision industry needs further development to resist the negative effect of this supervision market structure.
