关于农村集体建设用地直接入市流转的探讨

    • 摘要: 集体建设用地入市流转是我国经济发展的必然要求,在某些经济发达地区已不可遏止。然而,由于当前的法律法规对集体建设用地的限制使其在流转中产生许多矛盾和问题,因此,解决农村集体建设用地在入市流转中的法律法规问题成为当务之急。从当前集体建设用地入市流转的法律空间及可行性入手,提出有关集体建设用地入市流转的法理思考。

       

      Abstract: Rural collective constructive land marketization is the necessary requirement for the economic development, in some areas, it is not hold back. However, because of the restrictions for the collective constructive land, there are many contradictions and issues during transference of collective land, so it is urgent affair to solve the rule of law about the transference of collective constructive land. Starting with the space of law and feasibility of transference, come up with the suggestions about the transference of collective constructive land.
