Abstract:
Rural collective constructive land marketization is the necessary requirement for the economic development, in some areas, it is not hold back. However, because of the restrictions for the collective constructive land, there are many contradictions and issues during transference of collective land, so it is urgent affair to solve the rule of law about the transference of collective
constructive land. Starting with the space of law and feasibility of transference, come up with the suggestions about the transference of collective constructive land.
