Abstract: The private property right in modern China, as evinced in government monitored and privately invested stock enterprises and public-private partnership enterprises, the ownership and the operation right in the latter two entities were divorced. Meanwhile, in the private enterprises, the operation right was limited and the benefit right was disrupted by the government. In addition, we investigated the thoughts of private property right in ancient and modern China, and found that the thoughts of anti-private property rights were consistent.
