Abstract: New media platform which rise rapidly needs new types of content, interactive narrative is the newest art form in history of narrative and it is the very best content suitable for new media platform. What kind of art form is interactive narrative? What possibility does interactive narrative have in the matter of narrative structures? By analyzing from traditional media like films and novels to new media, three models of interactive narrative structures were concluded, and this paper analyzes and predicts the application prospect of interactive narrative as well.
