Abstract: The eternal and intrinsic goal for architecture is the pursuit of meaning and value of life which virtually guides our quest of the architecture and ensures us a reasonable grasp of architecture development trend even if we are in the confusion. Based on the needs of people, life and environment, today's architects and theoreticians restore and strengthen those disappearing concept of humanity and cultural relevance through the creation and manifestation of architecture. The resulting architecture is filled with the spirit of humanism and belongs to human world with human touch; meanwhile they establish serving people as architectural values and value standards, aiming to reconstruct and explore human values in architecture and to seek, discover and design ideal place of life and spirit for humanity.
