Abstract: On the basis of a survey on company employees in China, the paper uses probing and testing factor analysis to testify the relationship between four dimensions of psychological capital. The findings are: confidence, hope, optimism and resilience constitute psychological capital and belong to the same high factor. What is more, the four dimensions influence each other and form one structure－psychological capital.
