Studies on the Policies of Japan in International Organizations to Promote Intellectual Property Protection

摘要: 日本2002 年实施知识产权战略后，在主要的国际组织中积极推动知识产权的国际保护，以提高国家的全球竞争力。通过研究日本在世界贸易组织、世界知识产权组织、亚太经合组织和G8 集团推动知识产权国际保护的主要政策和措施，分析了日本推动知识产权国际保护措施的特点，并探讨了对中国所带来的影响和启示。

Abstract: After implementing the IP strategy in 2002, Japan is active in promoting IP protection in international organizations in order to enhance its competitive ability. This Article studies on the main policies and measures applied by Japan in WTO, WIPO, APEC and G8 and analyze their characteristics to contemplate on their effects and inspirations for China.
