Abstract: Emergency mobilization logistics is the important part of mobilization logistics. Based on the researches on the connotation and implementation model of emergency mobilization logistics, this paper puts forward to establish a model of using local logistics resources with building logistics-type mobilization center and logistics outsourcing as the core. Besides it also establishes a pattern of using military logistics resources and focuses on studying the linking model between emergency mobilization logistics and military logistics under normal and emergent states.
