Abstract: It is very important in human resource management outsourcing to choose and order related projects. In this paper, the evaluation index system of human resource management outsourcing was built based on the related influence factors. The index爷 weight was decided by the AHP and Entropy-weight method. The human resource management outsourcing projects were evaluated and classified with the gray relation analysis method. This model and results gave great support to related decision-making.
