Abstract:
Since the implementation of the reform and opening -up policy, some domestic and international nongovernmental
organizations(NGOs)have participated in the work of helping the poor in China, which results in the diversification of the main body
of organizations providing aids to poverty-stricken rural areas. With the increase of these organizations in category, number and size,
the tendency of diversification becomes more and more evident. By probing into the trend of development, this paper, based on
models and comprehensive analysis, predicts that the related pluralism of such organizations centered on the government will become
the mode of the main body in providing aid to poverty-stricken rural areas.
