Abstract:
Developmental performance appraisal is a generic term for performance appraisal perceptions,patterns and methods with
promoting development as its core aim and developmental organizations as its foundation. Enterprise developmental performance
appraisal include the following main traits:guided by promoting development; oriented towards the future with the realization of
organizational development strategy as target; focusing on procedural evaluation and implementing development through the whole
evaluation procedure; emphasizing soft evaluating indicator and establishing the fellowship between growth and development; linking
rewards with development, etc.
