Abstract: Military project culture is the unique constituent of the military industry culture. It's the concentrated reflection of the formation of values and norms of military industrial people in the long-term practice. Its functions need to be elevated to the height of political, military, and national interests in order to be understood. The belief systems, cases, characters, etc. constitute the basic requirements for inheriting military project culture.
