Abstract: The Earned Value Method(EVM) is considered an advanced project control technique for integration of schedule and cost. The EVM for project managers through deviation analysis provides quantitative information about the status of project. It provides an effective solution in order to predict the final cost and schedule. The dynamic forecasting model relies on the EVM effective model and make improvements on this basis， using Multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and quantitative methods. It provides the analysis of the health status and integration of management improvement according to the predictive value . Key words：earned valu
