Abstract:
Cooperation and exchange have been an indispensable part of R&D activity, as well as the important sponsoring target of NSFC. By focusing on cooperation and exchange projects of NSFC during the years from 2003 to 2008, the basic funding pattern and trend of its cooperation and exchange were analyzed and some suggestions were proposed, respectively from the views of category’s comparison, cooperative nationality and regional funding distribution. Furthermore, some results were found that substantial cooperation gained more financial support, MOU projects became the more and more important channel for projects, and foreign nations and domestic regions chosen for cooperation and exchange obviously demonstrated unbalanced distribution.
