Abstract: Based on related research results and the analysis of questionnaires, this paper obtains relevant data of R&D team performance evaluation. According to the relevant principles of design of structural equation measurement model of performance evaluation, this paper uses AMOS 7.0 statistical analysis software to conduct evaluation system analysis. Finally, R&D team performance evaluation system is designed.
