Abstract:
The stochastic Petri Net with partial information in emergency material transfer system is modeled. In accordance with the model, the methods for the calculation of average sojourn time of various states, average utilization of the truck, and average waiting chances and time in the material distribution sites are found. Using this model, the performance of a material transfer system of an enterprise in the transportation of emergent materials in Wenchuan earthquake is calculated, and the main results of the performance calculation agree with actual statistics.
