Abstract: The issue of the employment of the university graduates has become the focus of attention for the entire society. Effective development of the design of the graduates’ professional careers is an important step for their job-hunting and successful employment. It includes self-analysis, environmental analysis, career orientation, goal setting, strategy implementation, and assessment adjustment, etc. As higher education institutions, it is necessary to offer active guidance to the design of the graduates' careers and carry out professional career education in those institutions.
