Abstract: The subjects of the crime of distorting the law to arbitrate refer to those arbitrators in civil and commercial and labor arbitration field， not to those who do not arbitrate in other arbitration fields. Because of their non-state personnel status， the subjects do not compose the crime of abuse of authority or the crime of bribery at the same time. The description of the crime should be modified， that is， to cancel the prescript of “the man who assumes arbitrator responsibility by law.”
