Abstract: Huang Ting Jing was one of the most popular Taoist classics in the Song Dynasty. Lu You, the person who was closely involved with Taoism, actually was an expert in Taoism and was influenced by Huang Ting Jing. Starting from Lu You’s poetry and prose, we find out that Lu You is familiar with Huang Ting Jing. What’s more, we can also find out the impact of Huang Ting Jing on Lu You from aspects such as regimen, the psychology of living, literature creation and so on.
