大学生心理资本的调查研究

    Investigation on College Students’ Psychological Capital

    • 摘要: 为了解大学生心理资本状况及其规律,应用自编大学生心理资本问卷,对北京市3所高校的672名大学生进行了调查。调查结果发现:(1)大学生心理资本现状良好,总分及各维度呈现出明显中等偏上的水平。(2)大学生心理资本总分及各维度得分年级差异显著,且存在一定的发展规律,大一及研究生的心理资本水平明显高于大四学生;大一至大四逐年下降,大四到达最低点,研究生阶段又逐年回升。(3)从心理资本的维度来看存在性别与专业差异:男生的自我效能水平显著高于女生,感恩水平显著低于女生;文科学生的自我效能与韧性水平显著低于理科与工科学生。(4)大学生心理资本总分在性别、城乡、独生子女及家庭社会经济地位等方面未呈现明显差异。

       

      Abstract: The paper investigates 672 college students’ Psychological Capital in Beijing using self-edited questionnaire. The results are shown as follows:(1)The college students’ Psychological Capital is good in the actual status, The total score and its dimensions are much higher than the average level;(2)There are significant differences among different grades on college students’ Psychological Capital score, i.e., seniors students get the lowest scores compared to freshmen and graduate students;(3)According to the dimensions, boys get higher scores than girls in self-efficiency, lower scores in gratitude; Students who learn liberal arts get lower scores in self-efficiency and resilience than those who learn science and engineering courses;(4)There are no significant differences on the aspects of gender, family, singleton or not and socioeconomic status in total scores.
