Abstract:
The paper investigates 672 college students’ Psychological Capital in Beijing using self-edited questionnaire. The results are shown as follows:(1)The college students’ Psychological Capital is good in the actual status, The total score and its dimensions are much higher than the average level;(2)There are significant differences among different grades on college students’ Psychological Capital score, i.e., seniors students get the lowest scores compared to freshmen and graduate students;(3)According to the dimensions, boys get higher scores than girls in self-efficiency, lower scores in gratitude; Students who learn liberal arts get lower scores in self-efficiency and resilience than those who learn science and engineering courses;(4)There are no significant differences on the aspects of gender, family, singleton or not and socioeconomic status in total scores.
