Abstract: Under the new circumstance of constructing the well-to-do society， planning the common product supply between city and countryside appears especially urgent and important. This paper uses the Dibute and its extended model to explain the role and limitations of providing social service by government-led rural collective economy effective realization formats， and explain the equilibrium of Dibute extended model by applying surveying data from 494 Shaanxi villages and 31 provinces. At the end of the study suggestions are put forward.
