Abstract:
Moral personality is a combination of a series of moral psychological characteristics and behavioral patterns developed during the process of social practices and enterprises’ management. Entrepreneurs’ moral personality had three dimensions including integrity, benevolence and ambition. Entrepreneurs' moral personality will exert influence on employees by exploiting their positive psychological resources. Moral personality will have effects on employees' attitudes and performance through some key psychological processes including identification, expectation, positive emotion, optimism and trust.
