Abstract:
On the basis of biological theory, technology is analyzed for the purpose of exploring the technology and technology transfer’s law, the conclusion is that technology has original, hereditary, variational, agminate and enzymatic attributes. Based on the biological attributes of technology, technology ferment model is constructed. Combining the model components with evaluation indicators of technology transfer, it’s found that advanced technology-virus, technology-origin’s choosing and technology-enzyme’s using are significant to technology transfer. Finally, and the types of technology transfer are discussed.
