Abstract: At present, international manned spacecraft law mainly involves registration, damages and rescue aspects of content. However with the development and commercialization of manned spacecraft, the application and convention of pace objects already do not cover the definition of manned spacecraft, characteristics, and objects of manned spacecraft. The registration information of manned spacecraft is still not clear, while space criminal legislation also is still blank. In view of the above questions, we should further clarify space objects and manned spacecraft relationship, expand the scope of explanation, perfect the astronauts manned space information registration system and formulate international conventions to counter threats against outer space safety.
