重大危机事件组织管理因素理论探索

    Investigations on the Theory of Organizational Management Factors in Major Crisis Events

    • 摘要: 通过对组织管理因素这一重大危机事件致因进行理论梳理发现:重大危机事件的生成演化有一定规律可循,危机诱因及纵深防御系统逐层失效共同导致了重大危机事件,组织管理因素对纵深防御系统失效具有影响作用。研究得出:应将组织管理因素引入危机致因研究;注重组织内外部因素的协同作用;关注关键组织管理因素以充分利用资源等。此外,还从识别、影响分析、控制策略三方面对重大危机事件组织管理因素的理论演进方向进行了探索。

       

      Abstract: Organizational management factors of major crisis events are discussed in depth. The following results re obtained: the rules of generation and evolution of major crisis events can be found; the major crisis events are the result of the occurrence of crisis inducement and the failure of system of defense; the organizational management factors will influence the failure of system of defense in depth. The following theory tendency is put forward: firstly, the organizational management factors should be introduced into the analysis of crisis causation; secondly, the synergistic effect between internal factor and external factors of a organization should be stressed; thirdly, the key organizational factor should be discovered so as to utilize resources adequately; etc. At last the future research directions are discovered from three aspects which are identification, influence analysis and controlling strategy in case of major crisis events.
